How can I settle the payment?
You can simply settle the payment via paypal or you can send your order # and email address to aejewellery@yahoo.com.hk then we will send the paypal invoice to you. Once you clear the payment we will send out the items with your paypal address. Buyers from Hong Kong can transfer the money to my HSBC a/c #543-643068-292 Lee Shuk Han. Once you have deposited the money, please send an email with the photo of the bank receipt, order # and the buyer's address to aejewellery@yahoo.com.hk then we will send out the item within 2 working days.



How long can I get the item?
We will ship within 48 working hours upon receipt of cleared payment from Monday to Friday. Normally it takes 3-10 days to Asia, Europe and Australia, Canada and the United States, 2-5 days to Hong Kong. 5-10 days will be added during the postal peak season like Christmas ,Easter and Chinese New Year.



What can I do if I receive a broken item?
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee to buyers. You can simply take a photo and send it to us (aejewellery@yahoo.com.hk) within 14 days after you have received the (broken) items. We will send the replacement item to you on the second business day upon receipt of your photo. Usually you will receive our reply within 2 business days (from Monday to Friday) and in case if you do not receive our reply, please kindly do resend your email as we are afraid that sometimes we overlooked some emails as we receive hundreds emails a day, sure of your understanding!



How about if I cannot receive my item?
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee to buyers.All our items will send via registered airmail by Hong Kong Post Office so that it can be successfully received with than more than 99.99% . In case if you cannot get the parcel with that registered airmail, then we will send the replacement or arrange refund to you.



What is the return policy?
We accept return for whatever reason as we have 100% satisfaction guarantee but buyers should follow our return policy. Step 1. Buyer should send email to us within 7 days upon receipt of purchase. Step 2. Buyer should return the purchase in original packaging within 7 days and should pay for the return postage cost. Step 3. We will arrange refund of money upon receipt of the returned purchase but shipping cost is non-refundable.
